Official Compilation of Community Appearance Regulations 

This volume contains the ordinances enacted by the Town Council of Paleto Bay governing the maintenance, cleanliness, and visual character of the community. These regulations address property upkeep, nuisance conditions, signage, abandoned vehicles, litter prevention, landscaping, and other matters that contribute to a safe, welcoming, and attractive town.
